Equinix IL04 is an existing building located on a parcel of land acquired from colocation provider Zenium in Q3 2017. Buildings B (IL03x) and C (IL04) have been completed to shell-and-core condition but left in a dormant state for future fit-out, while IL02 is an operational data center. The buildings share a campus entrance, access roads, civil infrastructure connections, central sprinkler systems, and bulk fuel storage systems.
