OUR SERVICES
As Incoma Engineering & Consultancy; we serve in processes of Testing, Adjusting & Balancing, Ductwork Air Leakage, Building Facade / Shell, Indoor Air Quality, Smoke Extraction, Stair & Building Pressurization according to global standards.
The concept of Commissioning continues from the beginning to the operating process, naming it from cradle to grave. It allows the mechanical systems to operate effectively and efficiently, including building design, construction and operation phases.
CONSULTANCY
As a third part firm; we carry out independent evaluation according to project requirements of owners & principles of design. Design calculations are checked according to global standards.
MANAGEMENT
With good project management, the employer saves both time and money. Initially, employer’s needs list is determined. Effective coordination is carried out with all stakeholders. Periodic meetings are held between the designer, consultant and employer.
We have auditing energy of building or facility according to ISO, EN & ASHRAE. Enegry saving potentials & solution suggestions are determined along with depreciation times. In case necessary, cost calculation is made by modeling.
As Incoma Engineering Consultancy; we have prioritizing principle of sustainability with the green building criteria dominated by the design concept that keeps the human being at the center in our projects.
Project Closeout
The practice of project close-out finalizes all project activities completed across all phases of the project to formally close the project and transfer the completed or cancelled project as appropriate. The purpose of project closeout is to assess the project, ensure completion, and derive any lessons learned and best practices to be applied to future projects.
Duct Air Leakage Testing (DALT)
Air duct leakage is the leakage of air from the air distribution system ductwork. The leakage can occur at joints, seams, and penetrations. Research shows that air duct leakage can be represented as a function of duct surface area, leakage class, and static pressure.
Kitchen Exhaust Hood Testing and Balancing
The kitchen hood captures smoke, grease, and other particles, mixed with air, above the kitchen appliance. An exhaust fan pulls the air from the hood through an exhaust duct. An exhaust fan pulls the air from the hood through an exhaust duct. The amount of air exhausted must be replaced by air brought into the building from a make-up air unit, or through the air conditioning or heating system.
