Project consists of; Construction of the New Compound Centralized Power Plant, Construction of the New Compound Central Office/Telephone Exchange, Rehabilitation of the Existing Power Plant Structure as a mixed use facility consisting of a Warehouse and Central Chiller Plant,
Selective Renovations and Systems Installations in Existing Structures including Embassy Office Building, Office Annexes, Marine Security Guard Quarters, Housing Facilities, Dining Facilities, Gym and Water Plant/Storage Building.
