INCOMA Engineering has successfully performed TAB & Commissioning services for the HVAC Systems and DDC verification for this important project. The high-visibility project, located on the Presidential Palace grounds, was designed by USACE New England District architect Bogdan Figiel. The 2,000 square meters basement and two-story concrete and steel frame building features an Islamic-inspired crescent arch, atrium windows and a grand lobby with matching curved staircases ascending to interior galleries that overlook the first floor.
In keeping with the old-world charm of adjacent buildings on the compound, the outside of the building is made of stucco and stone finished with classical details. Performing TAB & Commissioning scope made this important buildingbrings energy efficient, healthy and comfortable for the building owner and high rank occupants of the building.
